Westfield London

Located in Shepherd’s Bush, Westfield London is a part of a shopping centre chain founded in Sydney, Austra in 1959. Opened in 2008, this is the first branch of the shopping centre in London; there is another branch in Stratford City.

With three main floors and over 360 retail outlets, the shopping centre is set for expansion; work is expected to be completed in Spring 2018. It also houses a 17 screen cinema, which hosted the European premiere of Captain America 3: Civil War (2016).

The Village, a part of the shopping centre dedicated to luxury labels, is designed by Michael Gabellini and features 40 international and British luxury brands.

The Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School is also on the premises. Visitors who are interested in learning to cook the Jamie Oliver way can choose and book lessons online.

Visitors can be expected to take a full day here doing some serious shopping. Tax-Free Shopping is available, so be sure to visit the Travelex desk on the premises.

If you have extra time, be sure to visit Holland Park nearby with its magnificent Japanese-style garden and peacocks, which is only about a 15-minute walk away.

The shopping centre is open 10:00 – 22:00 Monday to Saturday, and 12:00-18:00 on Sundays. Hours may vary, but visitors can check for the most up to date operating hours for up to two weeks in advance here.

To get there, travel to Shepherd’s Bush Station by Tube via the Central Line.
